This replacement motor shaft saved me the cost of a new motor. The old shaft is taken out by removing the small circlip at one end and loosening the small grub screw at the other. The motor housing then pulls apart. A few gentle taps with a narrow punch knocks the old shaft out. Replacement is a reversal of this process. Do note the flat on the shaft where the gub screw goes. A simple and very cost effective solution to a brocken shaft.
