The terms and conditions listed below outline the rights and responsibilities of the customer. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website. PURCHASING GOODS By placing your order with us to purchase the goods, you are allowing us to use your personal details for supplying the products. We shall not use your personal details for any other purpose without your permission. Once payment is received in full, we will deliver the goods. Rctronics will then send you an e-mail to confirm your order. Please ensure that the confirmatory e-mail contains all the correct information with regard to your order, It is advisable to keep a copy of your confirmatory e-mail, until you receive your order in full. Should you wish your details to be removed from our site, we would be obliged that you send a request by e-mail. Please notify Rctronics straight away by e-mail if you have made any changes to your personal details or you notice that you have made a mistake with your order. Please ensure that the details you provide Rctronics with for the purpose of ordering and purchasing are correct, and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own. Please also ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products you have ordered. You will be informed of any price changes that may have occurred after your order was placed. We will then ask you to confirm, by e-mail, if you still wish to proceed with the order. As a customer your statutory rights are not affected, however, all purchases are non exchangeable and non refundable after the cancellation period. Prices on the site include VAT. Postage will be added at check out for the UK . If you live outside the UK, please contact us to discuss shipping prior to placing an order. DELIVERY OF GOODS We aim to deliver goods that are in stock within 5 business days from receipt of order. Alternative delivery arrangements can be made, please contact Rctronics by e-mail before placing an order. It is important that you ensure that all goods are inspected upon arrival for defects and damage. If you find a defected or damaged item, please contact Rctronics so that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay. Any defective parts will be replaced providing they are returned within the warranty period. Rctronics are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage caused by a defective part. CANCELLATION If you wish to cancel after the goods have been despatched, it will be the responsibility of the customer to return the item/s. Please also contact Rctronics by e-mail, quoting your sales receipt number, name and address. You must inform Rctronics of your desire to cancel within seven working days, starting on the day the goods are delivered. Please return the goods to us at your cost or ask us to arrange collection at your cost. It is advisable to make sure that any goods you return to Rctronics are adequately insured for the returns. Please also ensure that the goods are well packaged when sending them back. We shall then refund the total money paid by you for the goods. Please remember that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the products. If goods are returned in bad condition due to improper use or insufficient maintenance and are not in a resalable condition then you will not be refunded the full amount. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Rctronics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Rctronics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Rctronics shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. LITHIUM BATTERY USER GUIDE: Please note Li-poly batteries must be charged with a dedicated lithium polymer charger. The buyer should understand there are risks ,known and yet unknown, with the use of li-poly batteries in RC hobbies. * Only use chargers designed specifically for lithium polymer batteries *Double check the charger ,number of cell selection setting and mAh before every charge *Only charge the batteries on a non-flammable surface *Do not charge the battery inside the model plane, inside of ones car, home furniture or wood floor/carpet or anywhere near any flammable surface. *Monitor the charging of the battery at all times and do not leave unattended. *After a crash ,inspect the battery pack for damage. Discard the pack safely outdoors if there is any sign of damage. *Store the pack fully charged in a cool and dry location and out of reach of children. *Do not assemble packs in series into paralell packs as a mismatch could result in fire. *Do not short circuit the battery. If you do accidentally short a battery ,place it in an open space and observe the battery for 10 minutes. it may swell up and possibly catch fire. *Do not store lithium polymer batteries inside a car *Do not discharge Li-poly batteries below minimum voltage according to the number of cells in series.to do so will drastically reduce the future performance of the battery. I have read the above warnings and agree that RCTRONICS ,its successors, heirs and assigns are not responsible in any way for any and all bodily injury(s) and/or property damage that might occur from the use of or caused by in anyway from a lithium polymer battery pack offered by and/or distributed by RCTRONICS. RETURNING GOODS We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. So we do everything we can to assure you get the exact merchandise you order, delivered on time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days under the following guidelines RETURNS POLICY Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Radios must be returned with unmounted servos and switch harness. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. ARF kits are specially packaged to insure safe shipping of all contents. In order to receive credit for a returned ARF, the contents must be returned in the original plastic covers and arranged in a manner that will not damage the contents or packaging. Please contact Rctronics for a return authorization number. Delivery charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to our shop. Returns sent carriage unpaid will not be accepted. DAMAGED GOODS If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, call us immediately. We'll take it from there. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return. DEFECTIVE GOODS If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for return instructions. In most cases, we will accept returns and make adjustments; however, some manufacturers prefer handling defects directly. Defects found after the product is in use usually fall under manufacturer's warranty. A customer service representative will be happy to help you determine which procedure is appropriate for you. LOST BOXES If you feel a box has been lost in transit, please call Rctronics with the order or invoice number and a list of the missing items. A tracer will be initiated at that time. A claim number will be issued if the carrier does not show delivery within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date. Credit will be issued for the missing merchandise when we obtain the claim number from the carrier. MISSING PARTS Should you receive merchandise that is missing a part, please contact Rctronics. We will ensure that you are sent the part from our stock as appropriate.
